Mad Herding Skills

Since Moo is staying, I thought I'd make an instructional video to teach her the right way to treat my Pengies. Can't have her doing a snatch-&-grab on my Pengie herd! I've been practicing a lot cause I'm entered in the Herding Category of the MangoMinster this year! Sure hope my mad herding skills will give me an edge, since Siberians aren't usually associated with herding. But fur me, its an act of pengie passion!

Saturday: Time's Up!

It's been a whole week since Moo made her debut here. After reviewing her interview questions & qualifications, accessing her weaknesses (few & far between), and exploring what skills & talents she brings to the mix, my decision is.....

I'm keepin her!

I have to admit she's pretty darn cute. She's smart & furry cuddly, too, and boy, can she play husky smackdown! Woo-hoo!

Woos everyone! I'm happy to be here! To tell you the truth, I knew from the moment I met Jack & his family, I had found my furever home. Jack is a sweetheart, a real gentlemanly pup, and I just love love love my new mom. (I follow her everywhere!) Dad's a cool guy, too, and he gives a mean ear-rub. I am so looking forward to sharing my adventures with all of woo, my new furiends.

Wubba Woes

What to do, what to do? Moments after this video was made, Moo destwoyed my wubba! She chewed off widdle tiny pieces and spit them onda gwound! Mom says as much as she wishes it would work, is not worthwhile to wepair it Wather than waste her time & effort, she whipped it into the waste basket.

Don't know what I'm going to do with this wench... guess I'll sleep on it and come up with a plan.

She's taking ALL my stuffies! Mom gave us each a husky head and she wants them BOTH! SO not fair. She claimed my wubba & destroyed it, took one of my pengies and mutilated it, tore the ear off my ball-toss puppy, and she even figured out that stupid Cube I got fur Christmas and she ate ALL the treats! (I still haven't figured out how to get the treats out.) I mean, where will it all end?

I took advantage of the crummy weather yesterday to jot down all the great interview questions you all submitted. Woo pups came up with some good ones!

ME: 1. Can woo sing harmony? (submitted by Turbo)

Moo: My woo is like moosic to your ears!

ME: 2. Do woo share toys? (Bloxi asks)

Moo: Well the real question is: Do woo share toys?

ME: 3. Do woo like to do zoomies? (queries OP Pack & Herd)

Moo: I'm the queen of zmoomies!

ME: 4. Do woo get mad over toys or food? (Jackdaddy asks)

Moo: Oh yes, I'm mad about food!

ME: 5. Favorite flavor of ice-cream? (Steve's suggestions)

Moo: Moocha, of course!

6. and do woo like pizza crusts?

As long as they have a little moozerella on them too!

ME: 7. Do woo play bitey-face? (Khady khares)

Moo: I'm more of a kissie-face kinda grrirl. Vive L'amoour!

ME: 8. Will woo accept all the house rules? (from Mya booboo)

Moo: If it means I get to live here, yuppers.

ME: 9. Chicken or beef liver? (Indy inquires)

Moo: Both. Squirrel & rabbit liver too.

ME: 10. Do woo like hugs? (asks Elyse)

Moo: Furry mooch! I'm furry cuddly.

ME: 11. Describe 1 pawsitive thing about yourself (Suka's just askin')

Moo: Only 1? Cause I have four paws, ha-roo roo.

Oh now, a grrirl's gotta have some secrets!

ME: 13. Do woo like long walks on beaches? (Ao4 & Noll want to know)

Moo: Especially in the Moo-nlight!

ME: And do woo like snow zoomies? (the Ao4 is askin')

Moo: I especially like doing zmoomies in the snow!

ME: 14. Do woo understand about Honorary Huskies? (asks Huffle)

Moo: Indeed I do! Do woo understand about honorary Moo-cows?

ME: 15. What's your pawsition on Pengies???? (Khyra & Wild Dingo posited)

Moo: I put my paws on both ends, and I like em sunny-side up or over easy.

(uh oh... I'm not so sure about that answer!

The interview went pretty well all the way till that last question. Suddenly I saw a dark khloud come over her pretty white face..... We need to Zimvestigate this one a little more.

Thanks fur submitting all those great questions! I guess we learned a thing or two about Miss Moo.

Wet & Windy Monday

Woo, I guess we won't get to go take a walk on the beach today... or even play outside. This storm is getting windier & windier and wetter and wetter as the day goes by.

Good day to hang out inside. Mom says we should smell this flower - mmmmmmm! Smells like spring!

What was that? Did woo just hear some thunder with a little"t"? If it was my furiend Thunder with a capital T, I'd run to the door to let him in!

Hmm, Jack, I don't think woo want to let this thunder in!

Well, Moo, I agree with woo. Maybe if we sleep fur a while, the storm will pass... naptime everyhusky!!!

Sisfurviews

A few weeks ago, I placed sibe vibes on the Canine Courier Air-waves for the following:

Wanted: Sisfur

Must be furry sweet & have lots of energy. Must like to play. Must be polite to big brofurs. Applicant should be in good health, not too old, not too young. Willingness to let me be the boss is a BIG plus. Cuteness is desired, but not cuter than me. Only Siberians need apply.

I had a couple of applicants fur this position, and last night, I choose one to come be my houseguest and see how it goes.

Introducing my new furiend, Moo.

She's a little parti-eyed cutie.

She was named Moo because when she was born, she looked like a little calf with her all-white face. I'm calling her Moona Lisa fur her beawootiful smile, and it just seems right. Since I'm AKC Destiny's DaVinci, a sis named Moona Lisa is perfect, don't woo think?

I'm checking her out...

And I'll keep woo posted!

Kidnapped!

The Snow Thief has taken the snow right from under our snooters in many parts of blogworld.

BUT

the Snow Thief is not only a snow thief, but a snowman kidnapper too! Just a week or so ago, my snowfriends were having the time of their lives, just doing snowman stuff.... and woo know what?

THEY'RE ALL GONE!!!

VANISHED!!!

KIDNAPPPED!!!!!!!

Which leaves me with no one to play with except my toys.

C'mon, Mr. Huskyhead, its just woo & me, pal.

Gray Day

Sunday: Salty Surf & Sandy Snow

Ha-woo woo, just joking. I don't eat the stuff I find on the beach, I was just licking the salt & sand off my snooter.

Thanks fur bringing me to the beach fur my walk, mom.

There were deep snow drifts in the shadows between the dunes. I think sand & snow are a good combination. A little summer, a little winter, all in the same place.

Showing Some Love

I got this nice award from my good furiends Thunder & Phantom of the OP Pack! What makes this so special is that its called "Showing some love", and that's what blogging is all about! We've shared smiles, laughter & tears in good times & bad with a whole world of pups, kits, assorted other pets, & humans, many of whom we only know because of these blogs. (And thank woo for all your furry nice comments yesterday! I think Mom captured my good side, fur sure.)

The only rule is to share it with 5 furiends. Since I have so many furiends, I woo'd mom to just pick who's in the first 5 spots on my blog list at the moment. They're all about showing some love, so how could I go wrong?
